Service Description

Yin yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice. Through a series of seated & reclining poses held for longer periods of time (2-5 minutes), yin yoga addresses the ligaments, joints, connective tissue, fascial networks & bones. Yin yoga improves circulation, increases flexibility, improves joint mobility, releases stress and relaxes the mind.
