Yoga at a Wildflower Farm

Service Description

Join us on Saturday, September 21st from 9-11am for a Gentle Yoga class and meditation at a private organic wildflower farm in Salem, NJ. After practice, each student will create their own bouquet of flowers: gladiolus, sunflowers, cosmos & zinnias, fresh from the farm. Followed by snacks & drinks to nourish us. Feel the sun on your face, the breeze on your skin as we root into the farms soil.
