Yoga at Lavender Farm

Service Description

Gentle yoga & meditation at a Lavender Farm in Monmouth County, NJ. After yoga, there will be a short talk about uses of lavender & growing techniques. Each participant will pick their own lavender bundle in the field. Lavender lemonade & snacks will round out our morning.
