Welcome to Heart & Soul
Yoga · Wellness · Community
My passion is yoga and I want to share that passion with you! Open your heart and feel your soul's vibration to find out what's inside you.
Yoga is defined as the union of body, mind, and spirit through physical poses (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. Yoga provides amazing benefits as you learn to connect with yourself through love, inner strength, and community. As you allow the mind to relax, you become more present and aware of your body and breath.
Yoga helps ease anxiety and stress. During this pandemic, we all need a sense of community more than ever. Join us at Heart & Soul - feel the love, feed the soul, stress a little less, and start your inner journey today!
