Welcome to Heart & Soul

Yoga · Wellness · Community

My passion is yoga and I want to share that passion with you! Open your heart and feel your soul's vibration to find out what's inside you.

Yoga is defined as the union of body, mind, and spirit through physical poses (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. Yoga provides amazing benefits as you learn to connect with yourself through love, inner strength, and community. As you allow the mind to relax, you become more present and aware of your body and breath.

We all experience stress & anxiety. Yoga helps to reduce these symptoms. Join us at Heart & Soul - feel the love, feed the soul, stress a little less, and start your inner journey today!

Namaste,

Melissa

Denise is an artist, art educator and certified 220 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She discovered yoga way back in the early 1980’s learning mostly on her own through books. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Live In Joy in 2019 and followed that with Kundalini training at The Khalsa Center in Yardley PA. She is also certified in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Her classes offer the opportunity to find peace, connect with your true Self and to be a healthy and happy you.
