When a friend asked Melissa to go on a yoga retreat to Costa Rica in 2011, she had never practiced before, but was intrigued with the journey and decided to go. What a life changer!!! Celeste Hoover
RYT-200, Certified in Hatha & Trauma Informed Yoga
Celeste Hoover; Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation and Group Fitness instructor since 2009. Celeste is also a Reiki Master, Thai Yoga Therapist and certified Trauma Yoga Instructor. She teaches at various 55+ communities, the YMCA Mt. Laurel, Perfect Fitness in Voorhees and out of her home studio in Moorestown, NJ. Celeste enjoys her role as a healer and has recently added sound healing to her practice. Tibetan bowls, Tuning forks
and the tongue drum adds another level
of relaxation to her classes and are very well received.
