Wine Down Friday 

Yoga, wine, snacks and community! Join us once a month for Wine Down Friday. One hour of yoga followed by one hour of wine & snacks as you get to know your fellow yogis off the mat. Come and experience the Heart & Soul community. Our next offering is Friday, October 11th. Class is held at The Hall at the Harbour, Palmyra, NJ.

Fall Beginners Series

 

Join us and learn the basics from poses and breathwork to what props work best for you. Class will be held on 4 consecutive Wednesday nights 7:15-8:15pm starting September 11th. This series will give you all the tools to feel comfortable stepping into a yoga class. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel and water. 

 

 Register by September 9, 2024 to reserve your spot.

Beach Retreat Ocean Gate

 

Join us on Saturday, October 26th from 10:00-2:00 p.m. for a Gentle Yoga class and meditation on the beach at Ocean Gate. After practice, we will enjoy brunch & cocktails back at a private home. Feel the rhythm of the ocean, the sand under our feet, and the smell of the salt water as we rejuvenate our minds and bodies.

Relax, Renew, Reflect...Autumn is a season of Yin; it is quieter & more contemplative. It asks us to slow down , to experience gratitude & abundance. It's a time to finish up projects from the busy summer & bring attention & focus to self nourishment & reflection. Please bring a blanket.

Restorative Yoga

 

A practice about slowing down & letting go through passive stretching. This is a restful practice holding poses that promote the muscles & connective tissue to release tightness & stress. This contributes to refreshing the body as well as the mind. Feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. The use of blankets, blocks & bolsters, enhance the experience of a blissful state of being.

Balance Workshop

Do you feel wobbly? Are you having trouble maintaining balance? This workshop will look at the importance of our ability to balance, the interaction of the 3 primary sensory systems & how technology plays an important role. Each participant will receive a spine alignment assessment & exercises to help improve their alignment. A yoga flow for balance will complete the workshop.
