Wine Down Friday
Yoga, wine, snacks and community! Join us once a month for Wine Down Friday. One hour of yoga followed by one hour of wine & snacks as you get to know your fellow yogis off the mat. Come and experience the Heart & Soul community. Our next offering is Friday, May 22nd. Class is held at The Hall at the Harbour, Palmyra, NJ.

Memorial Day Yoga
We will have an All Levels Yoga class on Memorial Day from 9:30-10:30am. There will be no evening classes on 5/26. Come out and get your yoga on before you head out to a barbeque!

Beach Retreat Ocean Gate
Join us on Saturday, May 16th from 10:00-1:30 p.m. for a Gentle Yoga class and meditation on the beach at Ocean Gate. After practice, we will enjoy brunch & cocktails back at a private home. Feel the rhythm of the ocean, the sand under our feet, and the smell of the salt water as we rejuvenate our minds and bodies.

Restorative/Yin Yoga with Essential Oils
Balance your Mind, Body and Soul through restorative & yin poses combined with essential oils. This practice will allow you to release, relax and restore your mind & body. A head to toe restorative/yin practice with a focus on breath, sensation and stillness that teaches you the power of scent memory. Please bring a blanket.

Breathwork Circle Workshop
Every experience you've ever had happened in your body. Every one of them has left an energetic imprint. Sometimes we feel these imprints as heaviness, tightness, or emotional triggers. Breathwork is one way to bring these to the surface and let them go.
In this workshop, we'll notice what’s present, then lie down and breathe using the gentle, two-part technique popularized by David Elliott. Thinking minds will release, bodies will tingle, and long-held tensions and emotions will move through. We'll end with integrative rest, deep relaxation and a grounding check-in before heading out, lighter than we were before.

Chair Yoga Class Continues in May
Chair Yoga will resume in May on 5/5, 5/12, 5/19 and 5/26. Class will be held on Tuesdays from 10:45-11:45am. Yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation from a chair! Increase your mobility & flexibility in this gentle class. Perfect for beginners, those with flexibility or joint limitations, or recovering from injury/illness. Spread the word!!!
