Wine Down Friday 

Yoga, wine, snacks and community! Join us once a month for Wine Down Friday. One hour of yoga followed by one hour of wine & snacks as you get to know your fellow yogis off the mat. Come and experience the Heart & Soul community. Our next offering is Friday, April 17th. Class is held at The Hall at the Harbour, Palmyra, NJ.

Strong Foundations: Yoga for Bone Health

 

If you’ve been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, or simply want to better support your bone health, this workshop offers a safe and supportive place to learn. We’ll explore osteoporosis-informed yoga practices designed to support strength, balance, and healthy posture. Movements are taught with bone safety in mind and adapted so you can feel confident in your body and your practice. Drawing on current research and Anita’s specialized training in yoga for bone health, this workshop blends mindful movement with practical insights to help you better understand how your body moves—and how to support it for the years ahead.

Aligning Intentions Breathwork Practice 

 

Every experience you've ever had happened in your body. Every one of them has left an energetic imprint. Sometimes we feel these imprints as heaviness, tightness, or emotional triggers. Breathwork is one way to bring these to the surface and let them go.
In this workshop, we'll speak our intentions, and then lie down and breathe using the gentle, two-part technique popularized by David Elliott. Thinking minds will release, bodies will tingle, and long-held tensions and emotions will move through. We'll end with integrative rest, deep relaxation and a grounding check-in before heading out, lighter than we were before.

Restorative/Yin Yoga with Essential Oils

Balance your Mind, Body and Soul through restorative & yin poses combined with essential oils. This practice will allow you to release, relax and restore your mind & body. A head to toe restorative/yin practice with a focus on breath, sensation and stillness that teaches you the power of scent memory. Please bring a blanket.

Beginners Series Coming in January 2026

 

Join us and learn the basics from poses and breathwork to what props work best for you. Class will be held on 4 consecutive Monday nights 7:15-8:15pm starting January 5th. This series will give you all the tools to feel comfortable stepping into a yoga class. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel and water.

Chair Yoga Class Continues in March

Chair Yoga will resume in March on 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24 and 3/31. Class will be held on Tuesdays from 10:45-11:45am. Yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation from a chair! Increase your mobility & flexibility in this gentle class. Perfect for beginners, those with flexibility or joint limitations, or recovering from injury/illness. Spread the word!!!
